In Flowing we practice the art of being physcially fluid in our bodies.

In Staccato we practice showing up and stepping out into the world…clear, strong and connected.

In Chaos we practice fully releasing our bodies into the dance… continually releasing back to the present moment… deeply and fully surrendering.

In Lyrical we practice the state of being available to all of the as they uniquely live in us… we practice being soulfully alive and authentic.

In Stillness we practice still moving… mindful endings and taking responsibility for the whole journey. Being still and doing nothing are completely different.
