Kari believes that the 5Rhythms movement practice is a beautiful invitation to wake us up to our aliveness and the potent energy we all carry inside. Her intuitive nature is working—always—toward potential, bringing alive the inherent magic and power within each person, each group. 

Kari is a midwife for the creative energy in us all.  Through music, spoken word, sounding and movement, Kari's presence is real and vibrant as she stirs the soul inside each of us.  Her approach to teaching has an explorative, sacred quality that invites all to join her on this mysterious journey we call life.

Every time we put our bodies in motion, there is a deep invitation to surrender to what is... whatever it is... without judgement, attachment or fear. Kari's particular gift is for holding this space with presence and love so that we may move and be moved.

And she LOVES to dance.

Maps to Ecstacy was written by Gabrielle Roth with the subtitle "a healing journey for the untamed spirit".

In this group we will be investigating the practice of the 5rhythms through the words of Gabrielle. Each time we meet we will move and discuss portions of the book and come to understand more fully and deeply the philosophy that underlies the 5Rhythms.
